The J My name is Jonathan Ebron. I grew up in the inner city of Long Island, New York with both of my parents, brother, and sister. I moved to Georgia in 2021 and became an anesthesia technician. Iv’e always had an interest in traveling, real estate, and short- term rentals. Since the pandemic, life has changed drastically and with everyone looking for a place to escape, I see the demand for properties where individuals and families can create memories.


The K My name is Kiasia Murchison, I grew up in Jersey City, New Jersey with my single Mother and Grandmothers. My Father was present as well however he resided in North Carolina. I have a son who was diagnosed with autism at the age of three and has been the best part of my life. Though my family and I faced struggles. I would always pray of acquiring financial freedom and creating generational wealth to support them. I moved to Atlanta early February in 2018 to pursue my Airline career. Being in the travel industry and having a disabled child, I have first hand experience in the disadvantages customers face with lack of accommodations.

JKVACAY We met on a cruise in 2019 fourth of July weekend through mutual friends. We started sharing our beliefs, dreams, and goals and been inseparable ever since. We’ve traveled together domestically and internationally and decided to vlog our trips and created the name JKVACAY. Fall of September in 2022 we decided to take a family trip to Orlando and stay at an airbnb property. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned and we were not able to make it to Orlando due to Hurricane Ian. Long story short, we felt completely scammed and unheard when it came to our situation. We did not get to enjoy the vacation we were looking forward too and the host did not make us feel valued. Hurricane Ian was unexpected for everyone but the host were not as empathetic as we had anticipated. The communication was minimal and the host refused to sympathize with us. It seemed that they did not care about our safety. Not only did we not receive partial refund but they did not give us an adequate time to switch our dates over. We learned valuable lesson in the midst of our circumstances. Always strive to make your customer feel valued in every aspect. This is when we took interest in short term rental properties. We never want anyone to feel as helpless as we did. So we decided the best way to see a change, is to be the change.
